Are the cars insured?

Yes, all our cars have CASCO and third-party liability insurance.

What are the payment options?

You may pay with cash, bank transfer, or by credit or debit card. The deposit can only be made with a credit card.

How do I rent a car?

You may rent our vehicles by filling out the online registration form or by calling us at: + 359 885 06 63 56 or + 359 882 269 361. If you choose online reservation we will call you to confirm.

Can I change the model after the reservation is made?

If you wish to cancel your reservation or switch the car model after receiving confirmation please call us at +359 885 06 63 56; + 359 882 269 361 or contact us trough the online contact form.

What are the pick-up and return locations?

You may pick up your car from any of our locations. If the duration of your reservation is at least 3 days long, we can deliver the car to your chosen location within Sofia. The vehicle must be returned at a previously agreed on location within Sofia.

What should I do if the car breaks down?

Should your rented car break down, please contact us immediately at +359 885 06 63 56 or + 359 882 269 361.

Do you deliver cars outside of Sofia?

Yes, we can deliver the car at a location convenient to you for a fee. Please contact us at office@astreco-rent.bg for further information.

How can I get in touch with you?

You can reach us by phone at +359 885 06 63 56 / + 359 882 269 361 during our working hours (Mondays to Fridays 9 AM – 6 PM; Saturdays and Sundays 9 AM – 3 PM) or by email at office@astreco-rent.bg.You may also reach us outside these hours but there will be an additional fee of 30€ for any reservations made.

Are the cars equipped with maps?

We can provide maps completely free of charge at your request.
